The ornamental bridge at Longleat House and the Orangery at Kensington Palace are twinned together. Dating from the same period they are linked together by their use of classical proportion. The colour rich Summer hues drawn from the surrounding trees adds to an air of tranquility, and gives emphasis to the earthen terra-cotta's of the stone and brickwork.
