In the heart of Norwich Lanes, St. Benedicts combines a mix of artisan cafes and restaurants, gallery spaces and speciality shops including ‘Circular Sounds’ a long established record shop. I painted this scene at dusk on a spring evening when the setting sun mixes with the lights spilling out onto street giving the brick buildings a warm glow and picking out the zebra crossing.
